Thursdays at 6:00pm
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is all about learning skills and techniques to help manage overwhelming emotions. Topics focus on distress tolerance, emotion regulation, communicating effectively, and staying mindful for stronger relationships and improved well-being.

Women's Support Group
Thursdays at 7:00pm
This is a structured, safe space designed for women to share experiences, support each other, build coping skills, and feel less alone in navigating the daily challenges women may experience.

Practical Skills for Living Life
Wednesdays at 12:00pm
This group covers a variety of daily activities and simple ways to make them easier. We cover topics like getting organized, goal-setting, managing personal finances, stress management, problem-solving, and nutrition for mental health

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Mondays at 7:00pm
The ACT group focuses on increasing psychological flexibility through mindfulness, acceptance, and values-based action. Group discussions emphasize identifying personal values and developing commitment to behaviors aligned with those values, even in the presence of difficult emotions or discomfort.
